Do you have legal expenses insurance? In some cases, your legal expenses insurer will reimburse (part of) the costs.

At the start of the case, Jo-an will give you an indication of the number of hours that are likely to be spent and any other costs you may have to take into account. These may include bailiff's fees, court fees, DNA testing, deeds and translation costs. These costs will be discussed with you in advance.
